    • Refund requests can be made within 30 days of service purchase or payment.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been started or delivered. Once the service is initiated or completed, refunds will not be granted.

  3. Refund Processing Time

    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
  4. Non-Refundable Services

    • Customized or personalized services, including design and development work, are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
    • Subscription fees for ongoing services are also non-refundable after the first 30 days.
  5. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a refund is not possible via the original payment method, we will offer alternative solutions.
  6. Service Modifications
